The Define 7 and Meshify 2 can support EATX motherboards up to 285mm wide. However, any boards that are wider than a standard ATX motherboard (244mm) will block a portion of the cable routing grommets to the right of the motherboard.
Motherboards that are 285mm wide will completely block these cable grommets.
