- What kind of casters are used?
The Refine has 65 mm hubless casters with soft PU wheels optimized for both hard and soft surfaces. - What is the warranty for the product?
We offer 5 years warranty for the mechanical parts of the chair, and 3 years warranty for soft parts (upholstery, lumbar support pad, arm caps, and headrest) for any manufacturing errors.
If you have any issues with the chair outside of warranty, feel free to send us a ticket anyway through this link so we can check if there are any solutions to the problems. - How do make sure my chair gets a long life span?

Finding an ergonomic sitting position is individual to you. Refine is designed to provide ample support for your body while sitting and offers you a wide array of adjustability features so you can find the most comfortable position for you.
Remember to take breaks from time to time. - Is Refine BIFMA-compliant?
Yes, Refine has been rigorously tested for compliance with safety, durability, and performance requirements, and meets the Bifma X5.1 standards. Refine also meets EN1335-1 standards. - Which parts of the chair are adjustable?
Seat depth and height can be adjusted. Armrests can move up and down, side to side, front to back, and rotate. The backrest has 13 tilt settings, and can be locked in to place or left in free-tilt (along with tilt tension adjustment). Tension of the lumbar support can be adjusted, and it can be moved back and forth. Headrest can be moved up and down or be removed entirely. For more details, please visit this page.
