Adjust Pro Hub
- Make sure that you are using a Chromium-based web browser. In non-Chromium web browsers, there can be issues with the web application.
- Make sure that the USB-cable is properly connected to both the hub and the motherboard USB 2.0-header.
- Check that the SATA-connector is properly installed and that the SATA-connector is connected to the power supply.
- Check that the hub LED-indicator lights up in a solid blue or white light. If it lights up orange, USB isn't connected right. If you have one, try another header on the motherboard.
- Turn off your PC and then turn it on again (do not restart, turn power fully off. A restart of the PC does not cut power to the Adjust Pro Hub). Once done, check to see if the Adjust Pro Hub shows up when pressing the "+"-sign on the Devices-page in the web application.

Check that the dongle is properly seated. If installed in charging stand, try connecting it separately. Also test another USB-port in the PC.
Make sure that headset is in dongle-mode and not Bluetooth mode by flipping it on the left ear cup.
If none of the above works, try connecting the headset to the PC directly with cable to see if it's detected.
If it is, try and re-pair the headset and dongle. Check this link for instructions.
Try a different browser to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, clear cache in the previous browser and see if that helps.
