The North ME has 1x dedicated 2.5" drive bracket supporting 2x 2.5" drives. Additionally, it has 2x combined 2.5"/3.5" drive brackets supporting 1x 3.5" and 1x 2.5" drive simultaneously.
The bottom of the case has multiple positions where the combined trays can be installed. The different positions gives support to different lengths of GPU and different size of front radiators:
