When using a Rear Connector motherboard, you would need to move the power supply and HDD/SSD bracket in the case to gain access to the rear connectors:
The PSU cover plate is held in place with 2 screws. Remove these, install it in the lower position, and install your power supply in the upper location:
The case has a small support bracket on the motherboard plate to help distribute the power supply weight in this location.
