When there are firmware updates available for the Scape, you will find it on the Scape product card in the Adjust Pro Web Application:

When pressing this, this pop-up will show up:
When pressing update, it could be the dongle that needs an update, or the dongle and the Scape headset:
The first thing that will update is the dongle:
This update could take a minute or two. Afterwards, the Scape headset will update:
This update requires you to connect the cable to the headset. If the charging stand is connected to your PC, remove this cable and put it into the headset port on the right ear cup:
Press the "+"-sign and add the Scape.
Afterwards, the update will begin. Put the headset down and do not touch any buttons or other functions on the headset (if you do, you'll need to restart the update):
After this is done, the headset will restart. You can then disconnect the cable and put it back into the charging stand.
