The headset displays as offline in the Adjust Pro web application when the dongle is connected to the application, but the headset is not detected.
- Make sure that the headset is turned on. The headset is turned on by lifting it off the charging stand or holding in the power button.
- Check that the headset is set to "dongle" and not to Bluetooth-mode. The flip-switch for this is next to the power button on the left ear cup.
- If the headset isn't paired to the dongle, the headset will appear as offline. To pair your headset to the dongle, please visit this link for instructions on how to re-pair the two.
- Clear the cache in your browser for the web application
- Try and connect the headset to another unit such as a mobile phone through Bluetooth to see if that works.
- If none of the above, or only the last one works, please contact our support team through this link for further troubleshooting.
