Frequently asked questions

  • What is the Scape compatible with?
The Scape headset is compatible with multiple operating systems and devices, such as PC (Windows, Linux), Mac, Playstation (4 & 5), Nintendo Switch (1 & 2), IOS, & Android.

  • How do I change the settings on the Scape headset?
Other than the volume crown, the RGB-button, and the button allowing you to swap between 3 EQ-settings on the headset itself, you are able to change the RGB and set your own EQ-curve in the Adjust Pro web application found here.

As this is a fully web-based application, you don't need to download any software to control your Scape headset. Simply open the website in a Chromium-based browser, change your settings, and close the site while your changes are saved on the internal memory of the Scape.

  • Are there any tips for maintenance?
The ear cushions and headband are removable and can be cleaned with a gently damp cloth. Ear cushions are easily lifted off by grabbing them on the rear side of the headset and pull them sideways (towards the opposite ear pad). The headband can most times be cleaned without needing removal, but it is clipped in place. Begin in one end, continue in the other end, and meet in the middle for easiest removal.

  • What are the options in connecting the Scape?
The scape can be connected wireless via the included dongle, wirelessly via Bluetooth pairing (to units such as mobile phones or tablets), or cabled to a USB-A port through the included USB-C to USB-A cable.
The Scape utilize USB2 protocols, making the cable and dongle compatible through third part adapters for most USB, USB-C, and Thunderbolt ports as these have backwards compatibility. Scape does not work with adapters for 3.5 mm ports.
